Your Responsibilities:

Provide accurate Russian Turkish interpretation during patient consultations, medical discussions, assessments, and other healthcare-related interactions.
Translate medical documents, reports, correspondence, consent forms, and other relevant materials between Russian and Turkish.
Facilitate communication between patients/families and doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Explain medical information accurately while maintaining the intended meaning and context without adding personal interpretation.
Assist patients and their families throughout their journey with the International Patient Service Team.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Support communication through phone calls, video consultations, meetings, and in-person interactions whenever required.
Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and patient support.
Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity when interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Support the Sales and Marketing functions in identifying opportunities and generating new business.
Willing to travel within the UAE and abroad as required.
Assist with administrative or coordination tasks related to translation and interpretation as required.
