Screening Vetting Biometrics and LEP Support

Atlas Advisors is building a qualified candidate bench for LEP Screener and Biometrics Analyst positions supporting personnel screening, base-access determinations, biometric operations, watch-list management, and biometric-enabled intelligence. Opportunities may exist at Junior, Journeyman, and Senior levels depending on the labor category and mission requirement. LEP Screening and Vetting Evaluate the suitability of locally employed personnel for access to U.S. and coalition installations. Conduct interviews, review records and documentation, and maintain accurate screening files. Coordinate with counterintelligence, force-protection, base-security, and entry-control personnel. Prepare weekly reports and other records documenting screening actions, activities, and results. Collect biometric information or support entry-control biometric requirements as directed. Maintain accountability for Government-furnished equipment and report missing, stolen, damaged, or unserviceable property. Support continuity during military rotations and changes in supported personnel. Biometrics Analysis Support the development and management of biometric collection, DOMEX, and biometric-enabled intelligence operations and systems architectures. Coordinate with users and providers of biometric data to improve military plans, tactics, techniques, procedures, programs, and policies. Manage, oversee, or disseminate biometric watch-list information as required. Provide technical recommendations for biometric and DOMEX standard operating procedures and user practices. Provide training and technical documentation on biometric collection systems and tactical platforms. Monitor equipment availability and conduct testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical coordination. Coordinate biometric and foreign-document intelligence requirements with military units, commands, and mission partners. Position Specific Qualifications Professional Albanian-language proficiency is required for the current LEP Screener mission. Relevant personnel-security, screening, vetting, counterintelligence, force-protection, entry-control, or comparable experience for LEP screening positions. Relevant biometrics, DOMEX, identity-intelligence, watch-list, intelligence-systems, or technical-support experience for Biometrics Analyst positions. Ability to conduct professional interviews, maintain accurate records, handle sensitive information, and coordinate with security and intelligence organizations. Experience training users, testing biometric equipment, preparing technical documentation, or supporting tactical biometric platforms is desirable for biometrics positions. General Qualifications Requirements vary by labor category and position level. Candidates must possess: U.S. citizenship. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Relevant education and experience for the applicable Junior, Journeyman, or Senior labor category. The ability to work full-time and on-site at the assigned OCONUS location. The ability to obtain and maintain applicable Status of Forces Agreement, Technical Representative, or other required overseas work authorization. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support mission-driven priorities in classified or operational environments. The ability to travel, work shifts, or work outside normal duty hours when required by the position. Education and Experience The contract includes Junior, Journeyman, and Senior positions. Minimum education and experience requirements vary by labor category and may permit additional directly relevant experience in place of a degree. Candidates should clearly identify their highest degree and years of directly relevant experience. Overseas Assignment Positions are located in Kosovo and other supported European mission locations. Work is performed full-time and on-site in classified, operational, secure-facility, construction-site, or military environments, depending on the position. Depending on the position, contract authorization, and individual eligibility, overseas support may include: Relocation assistance Household goods shipment Privately owned vehicle shipment Temporary quarters support Housing allowance Post allowance or cost-of-living allowance Education allowance for eligible dependents Authorized logistical privileges Family-accompanied assignment where permitted Specific overseas entitlements, travel requirements, work schedules, and family-accompaniment conditions will be confirmed for each opening.
