→Review and coordinate preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and C-corps
→Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services including planning, research, compliance, allocations, and transactional activities
→Conduct or review high-level research on complex and emerging tax issues; prepare supporting memorandums
→Review and confirm assignment objectives, scope, and work plans with clients
→Ensure appropriate resource assignment across engagement roles
→Analyze billing and assist with accounts receivable collections
→Assist with new business development, extended services, and tax issue recognition for existing clients
→Seek regular client feedback on assignment progress and overall performance
→Coach and mentor staff and seniors on client engagements and career development
