CSA Quantity Surveyor

• →Prepare accurate cost estimates for CSA works based on project specifications and drawings.
• →Conduct cost analysis and develop budgets for civil, structural, and architectural components of projects.
• →Manage the procurement process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids from contractors.
• →Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial control throughout the project's lifecycle.
• →Update and maintain bills of quantities for CSA works in collaboration with project teams.
• →Advise on contractual matters and assist in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• →Perform risk assessments related to costs and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
• →Stay informed about industry trends and standards to best support project requirements.

• →Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• →Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on civil, structural, and architectural projects.
• →Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• →Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, as well as MS Office.
• →Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial management.
• →Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
• →Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• →Membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
