• →Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• →Monitor project expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• →Assist in preparing tender documents, including Bills of Quantities and contract submissions.
• →Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify financial challenges or discrepancies.
• →Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• →Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• →Provide support and expertise in resolving financial disputes and contractual issues.
• →Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quantity surveying.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost management principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills for accurate cost assessment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for interacting with clients and contractors.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus, but not essential.
