Financial Analyst III (Austin Housing)

About This Position

• →Experience in real estate development, brokerage, underwriting, or property operations.
• →Familiarity with real estate law, contract review, and compliance requirements.
• →Experience developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• →Ability to read and interpret financial statements, reports, and operational documents.
• →Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• →Ability to coordinate with internal teams, City departments, property managers, regulators, resident advocacy groups and residents to gather information and support asset performance reviews.

Candidates selected for interview(s) may be required to complete an assessment(s) approved by Municipal Civil Service process, Rule 4.

This position is considered FLSA Exempt. Exempt employees are salaried and, except as provided, are not eligible for overtime compensation.
