About This Position

 

This position will reside in APD's HR Risk Management Division.  The position will support Workers' Compensation FMLA Administration and Extended Leave Timekeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in administering Workers' Compensation programs.
  • Experience in interpreting Texas Worker's Compensation laws and rules.
  • Experience in administering a Family Medical Leave programs
  • Experience in the use of Workday, UKG and Telestaff•  
  • Experience dealing with exposures to communicable diseases
  • Experience in Records Management
  • A valid Texas Class C Driver's License is required.

This position will reside in APD's HR Risk Management Division.  The position will support Workers' Compensation FMLA Administration and Extended Leave Timekeeping.

Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, the following will result in being disqualified for this position: Felony Convictions, Felony Deferred Adjudication, Class A & B Misdemeanor Deferred Adjudication, Class B Misdemeanor Convictions, an Open Arrest for Any Criminal Offense (Felony or Misdemeanor), and Family Violence Convictions.
