Quick Summary
firmographic enrichment (which drives our entire segmentation and routing model), country coverage, "Not a Deal" hygiene, and account-vs-deal grain. Reporting and analytics.
As we scale fast, the constraint isn't strategy — it's trustworthy data and automated motions. You'll own all marketing attribution, all CRM data hygiene, all sales & marketing reporting, and the GTM-engineering automation behind our inbound and outbound motions.
Put simply: you make every number in our board deck trustworthy, and every handoff automatic.
Attribution. A single source of truth for source and channel performance. Not just platform-level Google vs. Meta — we need ROI cut by campaign type and buyer intent, because that's where the real differences hide. Multi-touch where it earns its complexity.
CRM data quality. HubSpot is our system of record. Deduplication, enrichment, field governance, lifecycle-stage definitions, and the known gaps: firmographic enrichment (which drives our entire segmentation and routing model), country coverage, "Not a Deal" hygiene, and account-vs-deal grain.
Reporting and analytics. Every sales and marketing dashboard: the funnel (MQA → meeting → opportunity → won), pipeline, cohort and conversion analysis, cost per MQA by channel, and the board metrics.
GTM engineering and automation. The systems behind inbound — routing, scoring, speed-to-lead, lifecycle plumbing — that let a small team run a large motion.
Outbound. You own the outbound motion end to end, including Katie, our AI SDR agent. Alta runs its own go-to-market on Alta, and you're the operator. What you learn running it goes straight back to the product team.
Process and SLAs. Lead scoring, routing rules, and the operational contract between marketing and sales — defined, documented, and enforced in the system rather than in Slack.
Technically fluent. Deep HubSpot admin and ops expertise — properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting — and comfortable diving into any API, enrichment tool, or automation platform to figure out how it works.
A data perfectionist. You believe every number in a board deck should be trustworthy. Deduplication, field governance, lifecycle definitions and attribution models are things you own, not chores you tolerate.
A builder. You'd rather build the system than describe it. You default to hands-on execution and wire tools together instead of writing a requirements doc and waiting.
Analytical. You can model a full funnel, build multi-touch attribution, run cohort and conversion analysis, and turn it into recommendations someone can act on this week.
AI-native. You work alongside AI agents the way other operators work alongside tools — you know what they're good at, where they break, and how to design a motion around them. This isn't a bonus at Alta; it's the job.
Proactive and curious. You look for where pipeline leaks and where data breaks, and you fix it before anyone asks.
Comfortable being the only one. No ops team behind you, no ticket queue in front of you. You'll be the single owner of this domain, working directly with marketing, sales leadership and finance — and you'll need to communicate clearly on deeply technical topics to people who don't share your context.
