- Develop sales plans for the assigned territory that aligns with the company’s strategic sales plan and revenue goals. It is expected that the Workforce Solutions Director meets required KPI’s and revenue goals
- Lead generation, pipeline development and closing new business (client staffing contracts), both as a “doer” and a “leader”. Utilizing company database, social media, personal relationships, cold calling and other resources to maintain constant pipeline growth
- Travel to client facilities as needed to present company presentation of services and build relationships with high level decision makers and educate prospects on the company’s services
- Secure new business (client staffing contracts) in assigned territory and dedicated markets as assigned
- Participate in defining new product capabilities and geographical expansion through market analysis
- Develop and implement national sales account strategies in cooperation with the senior leadership to meet financial objectives
- Analyze and present market information such as current trends, sales techniques, and application of products in healthcare as part of their business plan presented quarterly to leadership
- Responsible for complex sales negotiations for nurse and allied staffing, attend sales presentations and close sales deals monthly
- Continuing to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process as outlined in the company’s sales playbook
- Meets company established sales and activity KPI’s on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Negotiate client contracts including pricing and terms agreeable to the company
- Other duties as assigned
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service and solutions-based business to business sales required
- Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required
- Proven track record of pipeline development
- Experience with contract negotiations to include financial negotiation
- Comfortable with lead generation through high volume of outbound calling
- Highly skilled in all aspects of social media relationship selling
- Proven track record of collaboration, team selling and individual sales leadership and success
- Technical Skills: Advanced ability to perform technical skills required for job role. This may include the use of specific technology, knowledge of job-specific tasks and concepts, etc. Advanced ability to supervise project workflows for the team. Advanced ability to handle routine tasks and non-routine tasks; and handle tasks with a high level of complexity with no guidance.
- Communicates Effectively: Advanced ability to communicate and network with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Advanced skills in active listening and adjusting articulation and body language for presentations. Advanced ability to provide clear and concisely written, verbal and nonverbal communication.

Requirements

Physical Demands:
- Stationary desk work for extended periods at a time
- Regularly required to communicate
- Infrequent lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs.
- Vision abilities including close vision and ability to adjust focus
