Oracle Reports Developer

• →Design, develop, test, and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• →Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• →Develop custom reports using ERP reporting tools, SQL, reporting services, and business intelligence platforms.
• →Create and maintain data models, queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets.
• →Support financial, human resources, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and other ERP modules through reporting solutions.
• →Collaborate with ERP functional teams to understand business processes and reporting needs.
• →Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• →Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and external reporting platforms.
• →Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely support to end users.
• →Create technical documentation, report specifications, and user guides.
• →Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, testing, and system enhancement projects.
• →Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and audit requirements.
• →Support self-service reporting initiatives and train users on reporting tools and best practices.

ITAR

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing reports and analytics solutions within ERP environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with ERP reporting tools such as Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle modules of HCM, Project Accounting, Inventory, Supply Chain, Projects, Revenue management, AR, AP and GL
• Experience with reporting and BI tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customer/departments

• Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
• Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
