Kitchen Assistant

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move inventory boxes and supplies

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Sunday through Friday
• Shifts: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Kitchen Assistant to support the daily operations of a high-volume kitchen. This role assists with food preparation, meal service, cleaning, dishwashing, and inventory while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

• →Assist with food preparation and basic cooking for daily meal service
• →Set up food stations and bring out food for meal periods
• →Monitor food stations during meals and replenish items as needed
• →Check and stock paper goods before and during meal service
• →Wash pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen equipment
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
• →Assist with post-meal cleanup of the kitchen and dining areas
• →Unload deliveries and safely store food, supplies, and inventory
• →Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• →Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• →Assist with additional kitchen and food service responsibilities as needed
