- Exposure to global banking operations and cross-functional collaboration
- Remote flexibility aligned with a New Jersey-based business unit
- Long-term contract with potential for extension based on project needs
- Drive enhancements to Trade Finance and Loan reporting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency
- Translate complex business requirements into clear IT and functional specifications
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Lead documentation efforts, including requirement gathering and functional design
- Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system outputs meet business needs
- Provide subject matter expertise on Eximbills Enterprise (EE) during upgrades and enhancements
- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, practical solutions
- 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance operations (LCs, guarantees, loans)
- Hands-on experience with Eximbills Enterprise (EE), including reporting and system functionalities
- Proven track record supporting EE implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects
- Strong experience writing functional specifications and IT requirement documents
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting UAT efforts
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
