Axiom is looking for a Business Development Representative with 3–5+ years of experience who is ready to make a visible impact. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify ideal target clients in A/E/C markets

  • Build awareness and engage prospects through calls, email, and in-person outreach

  • Schedule discovery meetings and support educational presentations

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions

  • Qualify leads, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate CRM data

  • Collaborate closely with Axiom leadership to secure revenue-generating opportunities


  • 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience

  • Proven success meeting goals and growing sales

  • Experience in construction or A/E/C industry strongly preferred

  • Excellent networking and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Energy, initiative, and the ability to build strong professional relationships
