Join our prestigious team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, and contribute to the exceptional guest experience that our hotel is known for. We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer who is fluent in Mandarin to ensure our Mandarin-speaking guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Fluent in Mandarin, with a certified language test preferred
- →Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in luxury hospitality
- →Experience in operating OPERA system
- →Strong communication skills in English
- →A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- →Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. A bachelor's degree is desirable
