We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

• →Create and implement sales in operational activities for Wedding, MICE and events business
• →Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities, especially Japanese markets
• →Proactively sell the hotels’ event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas
• →Plan, lead and execute all Japanese MICE & Wedding events, ensuring all operational processes and procedures are adhered to
• →Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
• →Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business
• →Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Fluent in Japanese, with a certified language test (minimum N2)
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
• A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
• Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
