Production Clerk (C Crew 6:30PM to 6:30AM 2/2/3)

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Utilize accounting systems, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate and analyze production metrics, including quantities produced, materials used, scrap rates, defect frequency, and departmental production rates.
- →Maintain, update, and reconcile production and inventory records within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with physical counts.
- →Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in production or financial data to the Production Supervisor, providing actionable insights.
- →Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules for assigned production areas, ensuring seamless workflow and timely updates.
- →Monitor and track production progress, delivering real-time updates to support operational efficiency.
- →Perform data entry and routine clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- →Generate production labels and assist in maintaining accurate product data.
- →Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals and improve operational outcomes.

Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of bookkeeping or clerical experience, with proven ability to work with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and solve problems effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds without restriction.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
