As an ESP Field Service Specialist, you are to perform installation of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) Based out of our Leduc, AB facility. You are to assists in maximizing well productivity and ESP run life. As an ESP Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment.
Assisting and managing of ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
Operating equipment in accordance with company procedures
Maintaining assigned equipment, performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements
Reporting all operational deficiencies to Supervisor and maintenance personnel
Performing equipment inspection and maintenance as requested and completes paperwork
Assisting in performing basic troubleshooting of equipment
Practicing safe driving procedures when travelling to and from locations
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have High School Diploma or equivalent
Have a previous mechanical or electrical background
Provide acceptable drivers abstract
Have 5 years minimum on ESP technical related background, preferred
Possess general knowledge of machines, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance
The position involves frequent travel on domestic assignments and time away from home, often at short notice as well as work outdoors in all weather conditions. 16 on days / 5 off days
