Field Specialist – Drilling & Completion Fluids
Quick Summary
- Providing onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping.
- Maintaining fluid properties at rig sites by accurately testing.
- Managing inventory at customer well sites.
- Ensuring effective customer service by keeping rig-site customers informed and creating solutions to problems.
- Being trained in the prevention and cure of Lost Circulation and stuck pipe
- Conducting sales calls at the field level or accompany Sales Representatives.
- Assisting operations in providing customers with effective and environmentally safe drilling fluids.
- Conducting all business activities in line with Baker Hughes policies
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a relevant bachelor's degree
- Have 3-5 years of experience with Drilling & Completion Fluids
- Have basic product line knowledge.
- Demonstrated industry experience.

- Have strong teamwork skills.
