Intern – Data Analyst – 2027 (M/F/D)

The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Supporting Manufacturing Quality governance activities through the monitoring and analysis of MDR process performance.
- Tracking MDR backlog trends, including open, closed, and overdue documentation reviews, and highlighting potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- Analyzing missing information requests and MDR rejection trends to identify recurring issues and process inefficiencies.
- Assisting in the preparation of KPI dashboards, management reports, and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborating with the MDR service provider and internal stakeholders to investigate root causes and support corrective actions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing rework, improving process efficiency, and enhancing review quality.
- Supporting process redesign projects through data collection, data analysis, and process mapping activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of workshops, project reviews, and process documentation related to Manufacturing Quality initiatives.
- Working with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of governance and process improvement actions.
- Learning and applying quality, continuous improvement, and performance management methodologies within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Ensuring compliance with company Quality and Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) standards, policies, and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
