As a Project Manager for GTE Special Projects, LNG industrial segment, you will be part of an extended team responsible for the successful execution of the contract scope across all dimensions: customer relations, scheduling, procurement, construction, quality, risk management, financial performance, and commercial negotiations.
You will be in touch with top class customer resident representatives coordinating the activities in our yard in Avenza with the rest of our PM team. This is a unique project opportunity with a great mix of GT NPI content and modular solution.
As a Project Manager resident in Avenza, you will have shared responsibilities with the rest of PM team for:
Driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and HSE/quality standards;
Leading cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, HSE/quality, finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability;
Proactively identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans. Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all project activities;
Acting as point of contact for the Customer, managing relationships, and resolving operational issues efficiently;
Identifying and executing project variations and change orders, negotiating directly with Customer leadership to maximize value;
Owning project financials, driving strong outcomes across cost, margin, and cash flow. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities;
Have minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Have a solid experience as Project Manager
Have exposure to work on account management
Have ability to manage day to day operations
Fluency in English

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
