The Senior Tender Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end tendering process in a complex sales environment, ensuring competitive, compliant, and value‑driven proposals. This role integrates cross‑functional inputs across technical, financial, sourcing, and commercial domains to deliver winning bids aligned with business strategy. By managing multiple opportunities and influencing stakeholders, the role contributes directly to regional sales plans and long‑term growth objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read· Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; OR a degree in another field supported by strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
· Have 8+ years of experience across Commercial Proposals, Costing, Contracts, Finance, Sourcing, Project Management, or Application Engineering.
· Have 5+ years of experience within the Energy Offshore market.
· Have advanced to fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
· Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across different audiences.
· Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
· Have proven capability to manage medium to high complexity scopes of work and contractual structures.
· Be able to coordinate multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
· Have strong analytical and mathematical capabilities with attention to detail.
· Demonstrate resilience and the ability to perform under pressure and manage workload seasonality effectively.
