We are looking for an experienced Marine Estimator to join our tendering team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for complex marine and coastal construction projects such as ports, terminals, quay walls, jetties, dredging works, and coastal protection structures.

You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop high-quality proposals and ensure that technical solutions are translated into realistic and competitive project budgets.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for marine and civil infrastructure projects.

  • Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements.

  • Develop cost breakdown structures and pricing strategies for bids.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to collect project data.

  • Evaluate risks, opportunities, and constructability of marine works.

  • Prepare tender documentation and contribute to proposal submissions.

  • Support project teams during the transition from tender phase to project execution.

  • Monitor market trends, subcontractor pricing, and supply chain conditions.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or Construction Management.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost estimation for marine or heavy civil construction projects.

  • Experience with ports, marine structures, dredging, or coastal infrastructure is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.

  • Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
