• →Troubleshoot and respond to unexpected challenges during live performances.
• →Assist in maintenance of facility AV systems.
• →Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
• →Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• →Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
• →Provide exceptional customer service.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as schedule
