Role Title: Public Corporate Content Management Associate

The Public Corporate Content Management Associate (Junior Associate) is responsible for executing and maintaining Bandwidth Global's public-facing presence across multiple digital platforms. This role ensures that corporate messaging, employment initiatives, and community impact are communicated accurately, consistently, and professionally.

The role focuses on execution, coordination, and learning, not brand strategy or marketing leadership. It exists to protect and strengthen public trust in Bandwidth Global and to support the company's mission to reduce unemployment through responsible, consistent public communication.

• →Maintain accuracy, tone, and consistency of public messaging
• →Monitor public engagement and route inquiries appropriately
• →Maintain content calendars, schedules, and approvals
• →Track content performance and engagement trends
• →Document platform learnings and content outcomes
• →Support employment- and mission-related content initiatives
• →Identify and implement small, low-risk improvements to content workflows'

Qualifications
