Platform Manager, Private Banking

• →Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support the on-going sales business development and support front line
• →Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies ,trade rules and regulatory requirements
• →Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk ,and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform- related issues and support ad-hoc projects
• →Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review
• →Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3 years' experience in banking operations, private banking, wealth management, or platform support roles is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting internal stakeholders
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage maniple tasks
• Proficiency in English/Chinese/Putonghua
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional presentations
