About the Role:

The Inbound Technical Specialist supports customers by responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing product recommendations, and generating quotes. This role manages the sales process from initial inquiry through order completion, ensures a positive customer experience, and follows up on opportunities to drive revenue. Success is measured by responsiveness, product knowledge, and achievement of individual and team sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Making technology-related product recommendations and providing quotes 

• Fielding incoming calls from new or existing customers regarding products 

• Intake of inbound leads through calls, emails, and chat regarding our products and sales orders 

• Following up on quotes and customer inquiries 

• Overseeing the order process and ensuring customer satisfaction 

• Accomplish individual and team goals measured by activity and gross profit sales 

What We are Looking For 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLSETS

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in addition to basic computer knowledge
• Driven, motivated, and a desire to be successful
• Excellent communication – outgoing, well-spoken and polished individual
• Some prior sales experience in a technical field
• Technology interest or background
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least one year of customer service or sales experience

 Average compensation (base salary plus commission): $55,000
