Responsibilities

→Coordinate transportation logistics for Barnhart's fleet of cranes, forklifts, hoists, gantries, and other specialized equipment
→Assist with load planning, scheduling, and shipment coordination
→Learn and apply federal, state, and local transportation regulations
→Utilize logistics and transportation management software to support daily operations
→Communicate with drivers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
→Support project execution through detailed planning and coordination
→Develop a strong understanding of the heavy-haul transportation and crane industry

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
