Deployments Operations Intern

The Deployments Operations team is responsible for the logistics and coordination that make Base installs happen on time and on schedule—managing scheduling, crew coordination, inventory flow, and communication across field, warehouse, and customer touchpoints. We solve the difficult, high-impact problems that determine whether crews show up to job sites ready to work. Joining this team means owning processes that directly impact Base's ability to scale and deliver on its mission.

What You'll Do

• Support scheduling and coordination of installation appointments across field crews and customers.

• Help track inventory and equipment logistics to ensure crews have what they need, when they need it.

• Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the deployment pipeline and proposing process improvements.

• Support communication and coordination between field teams, warehouse staff, and customers.

• Help define and monitor KPIs related to deployment efficiency and on-time performance.

• Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures as the team scales into new markets.

• Support ad hoc projects aimed at improving the speed and reliability of the deployment process.
