Technical Master Scheduler (BT-26136)

The Technical Master Scheduler will support the space program located in Houston, TX.

• →Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project.
• →Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• →Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns.
• →Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• →Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
• →Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
• Must have a High School or equivalent.
• Must have 2+ years of recent and related work experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting.
• Familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development, testing, or mission operations.
• Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.​

• Experience working in or alongside Agile teams.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test integration environments.

• This position is located onsite and offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off; some travel may be required.
• Schedules are subject to change based on the requirements of the position and/or customer needs.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.

• Must be organized with good time management skills and must be able to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
• Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time) and may require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
• Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.
