T&C INTERNAL CROSS SENIOR MANAGER I

Location: Hong Kong | BBVA – Talent & Culture

BBVA is growing in Asia, and we are transforming the way Talent & Culture supports our people and business. We are looking for an experienced, delivery-oriented professional to act as Product Owner for strategic T&C initiatives, driving execution from design to implementation and adoption across the region.

• Strategic Initiatives: Own regional T&C initiatives from design and planning through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Regional Transformation: Drive projects related to flexible ways of working, culture and diversity, young talent attraction and development, career development and learning, and leadership development.
• Process Improvement: Simplify and standardize key employee lifecycle processes, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding and offboarding.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Connect Front T&C, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and local geographies to ensure effective execution and sustainable solutions.
• Risk & Controls: Partner with T&C Asia RCA to address audit findings, strengthen governance and improve process discipline.
• Change & Adoption: Define roadmaps, milestones and success measures, engage stakeholders and track outcomes across Asia.

• 10+ years of professional experience in project or product management, business transformation, HR transformation or related fields. Combined experience in T&C and business roles is valued.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement, change management or governance.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
• A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset, with strong ownership and a focus on results.

Nice to have: Banking or financial services experience, knowledge of HR processes and Workday, exposure to risk and control frameworks, familiarity with agile or product management methodologies, and proficiency in Spanish.
