What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for assisting Talent Acquisition and Human Resources with managing day to day tasks with an emphasis in managing warehouse employees such as temp/contract and regular employees with scheduling interviews, onboarding, and maintenance of records.

You will be responsible for
Manage the recruitment cycle from Job Posting to onboarding and everything in between, predominantly for Warehouse related positions for both permanent/part time and contract staff.
Absorb the overflow of recruiters’ administrative tasks and recruitment activities at any stages.
Support HR Manager with background checks and other onboarding forms.
Administer the ATS and act as the first point of contact for users, regularly upkeep folders and database.
Lead Recruitment Fairs and seasonal events initiatives
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Apply your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.
Driven by results working in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
What we need from you
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or the Human Resources department.
Bilingual – Spanish/English
Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of HRIS, ERP or ATS.
Basic knowledge of HR regulations and laws.
Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
