For the next season2027, we are looking for a Demi chef de Partie to join the team Splendido!

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.

He/She reports to Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

→Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestion by the Chef;
→Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality;
→Monitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized;
→Collaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations;
→Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standard.

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques;
At least 2 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred; Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
HACCP certification.

✓We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Demi Chef de Partie;

✓Start date: March 2027 to End date: November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

✓Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
