Requirements

A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 5 or above preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in a nursery management role within an early-years setting.
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
