Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of fleet maintenance, reliability, asset management, or maintenance planning experience.
Strong knowledge of CMMS and fleet maintenance management systems.
Experience with KPI reporting, data analytics, and performance management.
Understanding of preventive maintenance programs, reliability principles, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to shape maintenance strategy, improve fleet performance, and play a critical role in supporting the success of one of the region's leading transportation and logistics organizations.

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fleet maintenance operations, with at least 3 years in a data-driven, or supervisory capacity.

• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau). Proficient and well versed in tools for maintenance cost tracking software (such as Dossier, TMT, Maximo, Cetaris etc.).

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional communication skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of heavy-duty vehicle systems or equipment mechanics.
