Responsibilities

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive sales roles.
Proven track record of success in executive-level selling and leading high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated experience in driving new sales, account management, and customer success within a complex, B2B environment.
Has led or participated in defining an innovative GTM motion (not just operating an established one)
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Removes institutional barriers to AI adoption and drives cultural change that embraces continuous reinvention
Exercises exceptional judgment in when to simplify and when to stretch, embodying "Do Less, Deliver More"
