Leak Detection Technician (Licensed Plumber)

• Performance-Based Pay: Commission, $125,000 – $175,000+ annually

• →Perform residential leak detection using advanced equipment and techniques
• →Pinpoint underground and hidden leaks with minimal disruption to property
• →Accurately diagnose issues and present clear, professional repair solutions
• →Communicate findings and next steps with customers in a friendly, informative manner
• →Maintain and calibrate leak detection tools and ensure your van is clean and well-stocked
• →Stay current with the latest leak detection technology and best practices
• →Attend weekly team meetings and trainings

• MUST be licensed in the state of Texas
• Experience in leak detection or plumbing (3–5+ years preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
• Comfortable using specialized equipment (acoustic, infrared, tracer gas, etc.)
• Professional appearance and integrity — you do the right thing even when no one is watching
• Team spirit and willingness to mentor others
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
