This full-time, onsite position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Founded by two engineers, its systems, software, and hardware engineering teams model, analyze, design, integrate, develop, and deploy complex mission systems side by side with government customers, and the company also builds rugged RF hardware for specialized SIGINT applications. It works alongside many of the largest national security integrators and operates from Columbia, Maryland, near Fort Meade. What will you do Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. You will handle daily operations and problem resolution, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and configure UNIX and Windows systems. The role calls for DevOps experience with Ansible and AWS experience with Terraform. Responsibilities Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and related processes. Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Provide Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Escalate issues and communicate status to agency management and internal customers. Support dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved through resolution. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install or load operating system software. Troubleshoot and maintain system integrity, configure network components, and implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems and 10 years of experience in system administration, or 15 years of experience in system administration without a degree. Experience with DevOps using Ansible. Experience with AWS using Terraform. Experience supporting IT systems, infrastructure, operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Experience configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems. Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD.
