Job Title : Insurance Sales Qualification : Any Graduate and Above Experience : 2+ years Must Have Skills : Excellent Communication skills Good to Have Skills : Relevant experience in US insurance Sales Prior experience in outbound sales / lead generation. Roles and Responsibilities : Lead and manage a sales team of 80 members B2C sales experience is preferred Proficient with all Operation metrics Analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement. Manage dialer systems effectively to optimize outbound call campaigns Thorough knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
