→Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, proactively monitoring workflow volumes, and assigning job duties
→Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of technician and associate performance
→Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and performance in fulfillment operations. Communicate these opportunities and collaborate with leadership and other pertinent stakeholders to improve results
→Coach associates and technicians in best practices and address knowledge gaps and opportunities
→Serve as a subject matter expert for all fulfillment roles and function as a catalyst for change
→Review and assist in updating SOPs as needed
→Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
→Fill in as needed with production duties

Active pharmacy technician license or registration in good standing, or ability to obtain it
At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician, ideally in a high-volume fulfillment, mail-order, or central fill environment
Strong knowledge of pharmacy processes, protocols, and compliance requirements
Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and software
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, train, and support team members
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
A track record of strong performance and a drive to raise the bar
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed to meet operational demands

Full time, On-site role in Chesterfield, MO -400 S Woods Mill Road
Shifts: (Sun-Wed) 07:00am-5:00PM or Wed-Sat)07:00am-5:00PM.
