Responsibilities

→Build and coach a cross-functional team spanning sales, field service, and engineering
→Drive sales strategy, pipeline metrics, and forecast accuracy
→Standardize project delivery from bid through installation and long-term service
→Forge OEM and channel partnerships to expand market reach.
