Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned Phoenix market by identifying and engaging prospective commercial customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, general contractors, and other key decision makers.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, prospecting, and face to face meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and project handoff.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and recommend roofing, restoration, maintenance, or building envelope solutions that align with project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales activity and revenue objectives.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers while continuously pursuing new business opportunities throughout the territory.
  • Represent the organization professionally at industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings.
  • Proven outside sales or business development experience with a demonstrated ability to develop new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Strong hunter mentality with success generating opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in person customer engagement.
  • Experience within commercial construction, building products, industrial services, facilities management, restoration, roofing, or related industries. Commercial roofing experience is a plus, but training will be provided for candidates with strong industry backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated, competitive, and highly accountable with a strong desire to exceed goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
