  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape packaging, pricing, and commercial strategy for emerging platform offerings
  • Establish forecast discipline, pipeline inspection, hiring plans, and operating rhythms that support predictable growth
  • Create executive level relationships across target accounts, ecosystem partners, and other high value market channels
  • Help define how the organization scales from founder supported selling into a more structured commercial model
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead future go to market talent as the revenue function expands
  • Bring market feedback into leadership discussions to improve positioning, messaging, and long-term growth planning
  • 12 plus years of enterprise commercial leadership across AI infrastructure, cloud, developer platforms, semiconductors, data center technologies, or related infrastructure markets
  • Demonstrated success building an early stage revenue engine rather than inheriting a mature sales organization
  • Ability to sell highly technical infrastructure solutions to executive and technical stakeholders while partnering closely with engineering leadership
  • Enterprise sales leadership in AI infrastructure or adjacent technical markets
  • Experience selling into CIOs, CTOs, infrastructure leaders, and enterprise buying committees
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, hiring, and leadership capabilities
  • Strong executive communication skills, sound commercial judgment, and a high ownership mindset
  • Comfort operating in fast moving environments where strategy and execution happen in parallel
