Senior Project Manager

• →Lead day to day execution of large ground up building projects from preconstruction through owner turnover.
• →Guide budgeting, procurement, schedule control, forecasting, and reporting to keep complex projects progressing as planned.
• →Partner with field leadership, design partners, accounting, and company leadership to address issues early and maintain strong communication.
• →Manage subcontractor coordination, scope alignment, change management, and project documentation across active phases.
• →Support jobsite planning, sequencing, and operational decision making for sophisticated vertical construction efforts.
• →Represent the project team with owners, consultants, inspectors, and local stakeholders in a polished and professional manner.
• →Coach junior project staff and help foster a collaborative, accountable, solutions focused team culture.
• →Use construction technology platforms to manage schedules, drawing workflows, project controls, and closeout activities.

• Significant experience leading large commercial or mixed use construction projects.
• Background managing projects in the 100 million dollar plus range.
• Strong understanding of vertical construction systems, with high rise experience strongly valued.
• Track record of navigating both preconstruction and active field execution with confidence.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Comfort working in a lean team structure with visibility to senior leadership.
• Experience with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
