Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts with a focus on profitable, durable growth.
  • Represent the business in the market with credibility, urgency, and strong commercial instincts.
  • Build practical processes, performance cadence, and visibility across sales, service, and execution activities.
  • Partner closely across functions to improve responsiveness, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, coach, and develop an early-stage team that can grow with the business.
  • Assess capability gaps and recommend the people, tools, and structure needed for the next phase.
  • Balance near-term revenue generation with longer-term market development and organizational buildout.
  • Proven leadership experience in industrial, technical, distribution, or related B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win business directly and lead from the front.
  • Track record of building, launching, or scaling a business unit, market, or operating function.
  • Comfort operating in a less structured setting where adaptability and initiative are essential.
  • Hands-on leadership style with sound judgment, resilience, and a high sense of ownership.
  • Ability to move between executive-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers, internal teams, and channel partners.
