Position Summary:

The PM Food & Beverage Manager oversees all evening operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing service flow, maintaining quality standards, and resolving guest concerns during peak dining hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage evening operations for restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet events.

• Supervise, train, and coach front-of-house team members to deliver high-quality service.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments to meet business demands.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS systems, and end-of-shift reporting.

• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of all F&B areas.

• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management initiatives.

• Enforce hotel policies and uphold service standards consistently.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.

• Familiarity with food safety standards and local health regulations.

• High school diploma required; hospitality or related degree preferred.
