Experienced A Level Technician - Genesis of Winston Salem

Genesis of Winston-Salem is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our growing team. As North Carolina's premier Genesis dealership, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional ownership experience—and that starts with exceptional technicians.

• →Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• →Perform repairs according to Genesis and manufacturer specifications.
• →Complete inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
• →Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• →Produce accurate repair documentation and technician videos.
• →Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations.
• →Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality.
• →Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians when appropriate.
• →Keep current on Genesis technology and complete required manufacturer training.

We're looking for professionals who take pride in their craft.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certifications preferred, but not required.
• Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury-brand experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
