The biggest choke point? Cost estimates. Takeoffs are manual, brutal, and slow — estimators spend days counting materials from drawings by hand. One mistake blows millions.

We use CV + NLP to read drawings like a senior estimator, but 10x faster with zero errors. What took 3 days now takes 30 minutes. We’re turning the most painful part of construction into software.

Great products win markets. As we scale our core and launch new 0 → 1 bets, we need a product leader who operates like a founder. You’ll work directly with the CEO and own the product roadmap end-to-end. You will:

• Live in customer workflows: Get in the field with estimators, PMs, and GCs. Understand the job better than they can articulate it.

• Shape vision & roadmap: Decide what we build, what we kill, and how we win. Turn market chaos into a product that feels inevitable.

• Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 → 1. From napkin to revenue. Test, ship, learn, repeat.

• Execute with engineering and UI/UX: No handoffs. You’re in the details — specs, Figma, code reviews, user calls.

• Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the market believe. Arm GTM to sell what we build and shape the category.
  

• Founder-level drive: You roll up your sleeves. Ambiguity and chaos are where you thrive. You ship.

• Learning speed & resourcefulness: No construction background required. You’ll be dangerous in 30 days. You hunt down answers.

• Passion and work ethic: Startups are war. This isn’t a cushy PM job at Google. You want to build something legendary.
