Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field. Master’s degree preferred.
Level 2: Typically, 2 or more years of work related experience.
Experience with requirements allocation, verification and validation, and qualification.
Experience with communications subsystems or units.
Experience with DOORs, Cameo, Jira, or MS Project

Level 3: Typically, 5 or more years of related work experience
Level 4: Typically, 9 or more years of related work experience
Experience with digital communications
Experience with satellite or terrestrial communications systems and antenna theory
Experience in phased array antenna production and verification
Experience with Matlab/Simulink, C++, or Python.
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, DFMAT, and design and process FMEAs.
Experience working with suppliers on custom part procurement
Track record of success working in teams

Level 2 Summary pay range: $ 98,600 – $ 133,400

Level 3 Summary pay range: $ 119,850 - $162,150

Level 4 Summary pay range: $ 146,200 - $197,800

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

This is not a Safety Sensitive Position.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.
