Responsibilities

→Technical support for production and test of space-qualified electronics. This includes supporting production across various shifts and occasional weekends

→Conducts Root Cause and Corrective Action to investigate failures and execute go-forward plans. Provides engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the products
→Identifies, maintains, tracks, and statuses detailed technical performance to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements for various electronic products
→Develops, deploys, and supports new processes to enable efficient performance of engineering tasks to reduce cycle time and drive product improvements.
→Apply knowledge of circuit stress analysis including electrical and electronic components, circuit design and schematics, and circuit loads (e.g., power, current, thermal and voltage)
→Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

Two (2) or more years of experience in the development of test system requirements and verification methodologies

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
Hands‑on familiarity with common electronic test equipment and test cases for power and digital systems

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering
Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with leading space application hardware from initial to final acceptance testing
Knowledge of electronics concepts (control, analog, digital, power supply behavior) sufficient to collaborate effectively with electrical engineers and interpret test results
Knowledge and experience in control, analog, digital, or power supply circuit design for space applications
Proven troubleshooting experience in lab environments such as diagnosing software, instrument, and integration issues during test execution
Experience with electronics laboratory instrumentation to troubleshoot circuit design and hardware manufacturing errors
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $98,600 - $133,400

Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
