Line Maintenance Manager - Helicopters (f/m/d)

As an approved Line Maintenance Manager (Form 4 Holder), you’ll lead a team of maintenance technicians and make sure all work on the CH-47F (GE) is done correctly and on time. You’ll follow manufacturer guidance and CAMO (CAMOBw) requirements, and keep the team aligned with DEMAR 145 rules from the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw) and Boeing Deutschland GmbH’s maintenance procedures. You’ll also ensure a safe working environment by applying occupational health and safety standards and human factors best practices.

    Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”

Sie befolgen die Vorgaben des Herstellers sowie die Anforderungen der CAMO CAMOBw und stellen sicher, dass das Team die DEMAR-145-Vorschriften der deutschen militärischen Luftfahrtbehörde LufABw sowie die Instandhaltungsverfahren der Boeing Deutschland GmbH einhält. Darüber hinaus gewährleisten Sie durch die Anwendung von Arbeitsschutzstandards und Best Practices im Bereich Human Factors ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld.

• Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle Teamleitung, kommissarische Managementfunktion, groß angelegte funktionsübergreifende Projekt- oder Programmleitung oder formale Managementerfahrung oder erfolgreicher Abschluss des Boeing-internen Kurses „Exploring Leadership“
